Customer service is a joke, they can't even be bothered to reply to my email. The scam is offering £15 for your first order. Don't be fooled, you will not get a penny off. All Wayfair cares about is getting their hands on your hard earned cash. After that you can whistle. The charges to return goods are exorbitant, they obviously hope you will not bother. I certainly will never use this company again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know.

If Wayfair.co.uk put as much energy into making sure they delivered what you ordered it would be a good company. We placed first (and last) ever order for a bathroom cupboard. Arrived missing parts, any bolts etc and no instructions. Customer service said they'd send a new one then we got a confusing email but basically they didn't stock it anymore. Don't be fooled by the slick adverts - terrible company.

I ordered a small double bed from them and at first I was pleased that it arrived ahead of the estimated delivery time, however on arrival it was a king size bed, I had to send pictures and emails proving this with a tape measure and at this point I had already got rid of the bed it was replacing and needed to have this sent back. I contacted customer service online and they arranged a collection which was collected in a few days and they informed me the replacement or correct one would be delivered ASAP. The new delivery came after a week and again it was a king size delivered, this time I refused delivery as I could see by the size that it was far too large and again a king. The delivery guys put refused delivery and i was on the phone immediately to advise wayfair of the situation. The rep told me to send images and an email again, baring in mind we had no bed and I said I refused delivery as it clearly was the incorrect size. I politely asked to get the replacement (correct size) delivered ASAP and I am not going to suffer the inconvenience that they had placed me in at which point they asked if I wanted to cancel, which I didn't as my daughter loves this bed design, so after stating this they advised that it would be within a week as it was actually in stock in the warehouse. However as no notifications were sent by email and I had avoided going away due to the fact I was advised delivery would be within a week, I contacted them again today and low and behold I was advised incorrectly and now I have to wait another month for the right one (if that turns up at all). I asked to speak to someone of higher authority as I have been messed about so much and the customer rep advised that they cannot - what kind of service is this? Highly frustrated and angry at the lack of customer care or competence to get things right.

Not surprising to see so many bad reviews. Customer service is awful. Estimated delivery 10 weeks and then 1 week before delivery gets backdated for another 10 weeks. No warning; no email; no call. Customer service not helpful at all, all automated responses with a couple details changed, no personal responses and you never deal with the same person, passed around with no care. Shocking

This company is a total shambles and if you what any goods from them I'd suggest you look somewhere else.If you've ordered anything from them I say cancel your order ASAP.Absolutely no customer service and no idea of when you will get your goods.Order from Amazon and you'll get it next day.I Would put zero stars if you could put that or even better minus.

Bespoke Part missing. Replacement requested. 3 week wait for the missing part! Refused to compensate for this big inconvenience (my house is not a storage warehouse). Really poor customer service will not use again and recommend you do not.

Very poor service level. Deliveries are delayed without notice , dates changed and then they blame you .

The first time I have ever ordered from wayfair, I received 1/4 of a single bed, this part order arrived on time as per the description, this is where the good ended. It has been a catalogue of lies ? and fob offs ever since. I phoned immediately to ask if the driver had mistakenly driven off with the rest of my order, box 2 of 2 arrived, box 1 of 2 was missing. They said it had arrived late at delivery depot and would be there the following day. Wayfair blamed the courier XPD for everything. 1more day no parcel! I phoned again, they said the couriers are terrible and always letting them down, they "up-scaled" whatever that means? to urgent? Day 2 exact repeat of previous day. Day 3, another repeat of previous days. Day 4 same again except I had now paid someone to be here to assemble the bed as I'm disabled ♿, I also had to cancel 4 clients to clear my day, which cost me in total £199. For the bed, £160 in wages and £40 for handyman. Today is day 8 I've demanded a full refund and guess what? They apologised blamed the courier again and said I now have to wait for the refund team to make a decision. Well my decision is to let as many people as possible know what to expect when they buy from Wayfair. No goods, ? lies, and a delay in refunding my hard earned money ?.

I bought a ottoman bed from wayfair £359.99 and bought 3years protection £23.92. This came with broken parts / they did replace the broken parts and said if I keep the bed as is I can get 20% as paying this in 3 instalments. The last payment due now hasn't been taken off £71.99 as promised. After months of sorting this out / Chat rooms/phone calls and today customer service has said the 20% offer was only if I kept the broken bed and they didn't have to send a part. Who in there right mind spends a lot of money on an item to keep broken and get discount. They have not kept there word and been awful to deal with. I shall send them the bed back as is and get a full refund and go elsewhere to a good company and spend my money. No duty of care to me.

Nightmare start when receive my dinner table which was sent with incorrect legs and also damage chairs. After not even 1y, the top start peeling off and they offer me a replacement. Replacement was sent and lost in transit. Wayfair just decide to proceed with a refund without ask if I want a replacement. I contact them and their CS is shocking... Basicly told me th refund is done, what you want? I still want the table which now cost £300 more. I explain the issue and ask them to honour the price and just been told over and over we cant , the refund is done and is sorted (still waiting for the refund). Also ask for the case to be escalated to the management team and got an email from a normal CS advisor with exactly the same reply. With all that being said, please avoid this company at all costs, even if you really like their products, is just unreal how they treat customers.**** Update**** A reply was sent but nothing was resolved as I been told the same as before, short message with standard kbs, we dont price match. With that being said, you do not help or resolve any problem that was caused by yourselfs.Please avoid this fraudlent company at all costs. Also still waiting for the refund that was done on my behalf as I never ask for or been told.

Stunning customer service from this company. We had a problem with a product we purchased and complained about the quality. The response was quick, decisive and exceeded our expectations. When companies go the extra mile then it should be recognised. Well done and thank you.

After reading some negative views I was quite curious, however I was very happy about the chandelier I purchased. Some parts of the products were damaged, however they were replaced straight away.

I purchased a table and found a bolt thread was damaged which meant I was unable to screw in the table leg.I contacted customer service who sent out the replacement part in a few days.A few months later the table started to shows signs of fault on the table top, no ones fault as it was a wood table, which started to bow.Wayfair refunded me in full and allowed me to keep the item.I have purchased a few items from them and the service is one of the best out there, they will do everything to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and also the quality of the products are very fair based on the prices they charge.

We ordered a coffee table which arrived with a hole drilled in the wrong place on o oi art of the frame. I expected loads of hassles after reading the reviews on here but they were brilliant I got through on the phone straight away and a lady dealt with the matter really well. We only asked for a replacement part but received a brand new table 5 days later. Excellent customer service.
